The Football Association of Hong Kong, China is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ashley WESTWOOD as Head Coach of Hong Kong, China Representative Team. Mr. Westwood assumed his role today.
Mr. Westwood comes from England and started his career in Manchester United youth team, his career mainly played in the domestic leagues, and he once played in the Premier League. He has Pro License of UEFA and AFC, he started his coaching career in 2013. He has coached the Indian Super League club and won the league championship twice. From 2023, he served as the head coach of the Afghanistan national team.
